If an item in your order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available (We do not gaurantee any specific date). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as Westport Under Gear assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
We will gladly exchange any item for you. You will be responsible however for paying our postage cost for resending you the exchanged item. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order. The shipping cost charged at the time of purchase represents an estimate using standard Air Mail or US Priority Mail. Requests for Express Mail Service or special handling will be billed separately based on published rates plus a small shipping and handling fee.
Choosing Overnight or 2-Day Delivery does not mean your order will be delivered 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order. Selecting either of these shipping options simply means that you will receive your order 1-2 days after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours after receiving an order, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
